However, Dioxide reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered to its customers through its website, by simply changing the content of them. In this way, the products offered at any time by the Dioxide website will be governed by the general conditions in force in each case. 2.- Indication of the prices
Each product offered will have its price indicated with the VAT incorporated. The prices indicated on the screen will be those valid at all times.
3.- Shipping costs

In Spain: € 4.95 for purchases under € 50 and free for purchases over € 50.
In Europe: € 6.99 for purchases under € 100 and free for purchases over € 100.
The availability of the products offered by Dioxide through its website may vary depending on the demand of customers. Although Dioxide updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be sold out at that time. 5.- Delivery of the online order
The order will be delivered at the indicated address through a courier company. In season, the estimated delivery time for orders is 7 business days.
6.- Forms of payment
The user or client can make the payment through 4b cards, visa, mastercard and paypal, as well as by transfer prior to sending the order in the current account indicated on the web.
7.- Online change and refund policy
Dioxide complies with current regulations. Dioxide will accept the return of an item, always within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the same. If you decide to do it in the physical store, once received the item and verified that it is in the same state in which it was sent we will proceed to accept the return and the amount of the same will be returned within a maximum period of 7 working days. The cost of this return is € 0.
In case you choose to return the goods requesting a pick up at your home, the transport company selected by Dioxide, will go to the place you have indicated prior communication via email to email@example.com, with the collection address, data personal and order number.
The cost of the transport company for this type of returns is € 10 and will be paid by the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. If the item is defective or has not been the one requested by you, Dioxide will cover the cost of the return and the new shipment.
The refund of the corresponding amount in favor of the customer will be made by the same means of payment used by the same, having to indicate to Dioxide the client a current account number in the cases of having made the payment by transfer.
In case of defective product, Dioxide will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.
