To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and live in Spain
Where I can get my order?
You can receive your order at the postal address you choose.
This shipment includes addresses within Spanish and European territory.
No shipments are made to post office boxes.
How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time is 4 to 7 working days since we received your order. In high season and sales, delivery may take a little longer
These delivery times are approximate and delivery can occur in shorter or longer periods.
What are the costs of my shipment?
For purchases in Spain, shipping costs are € 4.95 for purchases below € 50.
Free shipping for purchases over € 50.
For purchases from the European Union, shipping costs are € 8.46 for purchases below € 100.
Free shipping to Europe for purchases over € 100.
How should I change or return an item?
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to change an item for another size or request its return. For this, you can request free pick up at home and we will send a carrier to pick up your package.
The garments must be in perfect condition and with all their original labels.
To request the change / return from your home, you must send an email to dioxide@dioxide.es indicating your Name and Surname, Collection Address, Contact Phone, Order Number and items you want to change / return. After checking all your data, you will receive an email with the instructions to follow.
If you want to change an item from your home, you must deliver your order to the courier and the courier will give you the new garment.
What is the deadline to make a change or return?
Once you receive the order, you have 14 days to change or return the items you want.
Do I have to pay something for my change or return?
The change or return from your home will cost € 4.99 for you.
How do I receive the amount of my refund?
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase process.
If you make the return in the physical store, the amount of the returned items will NOT be made effective in the store, but following the procedure established above.
The maximum estimated term for the refund of the money is 7 business days from the receipt in the store of the items to be returned.
